The retailer acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Software Beta trial is entirely at their own risk and that CES Software Limited bears no responsibility for any adverse outcomes or consequences.

Best Practices Commitment:

CES Software Limited commits to following industry best practices and standards throughout the duration of the Software Beta trial. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and reliability of the software, and to provide the highest level of support to participating retailers.

Benefit to Retailers:

As a token of appreciation for participating in the Software Beta trial, retailers will be granted complimentary CES Rewards for a period of one year following the conclusion of the trial.
